SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipment processing time
All orders are dispatched within 3-4 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Shipments may sometimes also get delayed due to unexpected weather conditions, local holiday seasons, local courier delays beyond our control. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery in such cases.
We ship products pan India. Shipping is based on actual charges and may vary depending on volume of package and city of destination. Shipping is free for all orders above Rs. 2,500/- for Delhi, orders above Rs. 3,000/- for nearby regions and orders above Rs. 5,000/- for the rest of India.
The free shipping will not apply to bulk orders.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email /WhatsApp. If you do not receive your tracking number or have any other questions, please contact us. We will revert within 2 working days.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside India
You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale. We must receive the product that needs to be returned within 7 business days from the date you receive the product.
We offer returns and exchanges only for orders damaged in transit or if you have received wrong item(s). Upon delivery of a product if you find that the wrong product has been delivered or the product is damaged or wrongly labeled, please immediately send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery of the product with the following details:
Name of the product received
Date of delivery of the product
Nature of damage and/or defect
Color photographs of the product that clearly indicate and illustrate the damage/defect
Subject to receipt of the above information within the specified period, Ubtan Story may replace the product to your satisfaction.
Please note that to be eligible for a return, you must return the item(s) unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice. Our courier partner will collect the order from the address provided by you.
Any product once used or applied will not be covered under the replacement policy. If Ubtan Story is unable to replace a product due to non-availability of the product you will get a refund for which you would have to share your bank account details with us.
Our easy return policy will not be applicable to products which reveal damage to the outer packing or the product itself, products which appear to be partially used, product with minor scratches / chips/ blemishes etc. and products purchased during sales / promotions / offers.
Products must be unused and undamaged by you. Returns will be accepted only if they are returned in their original packaging. Products once sold can only be exchanged if they meet our terms and conditions. All conditions applicable to return of products shall also apply to exchange of goods. To return a product, the customer must write to us at email@example.com, a prompt response is assured to such mails. If you are not satisfied with the product received by you for any reason you may have the option to exchange and at our sole discretion to receive a refund.

You can exchange a product if you find that the wrong product has been delivered or the product has a manufacturing defect or is wrongly labeled. Our return and exchange policy is however subject to the following
Products should be returned unused and with all labels still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted.
If you have received a product that is damaged / wrongly labeled and would like to exchange the product instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, colours shown by computer monitors may vary. Besides, since our ingredients are natural and sourced from local farmers in small batches, there may be minor colour variations among different batches. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the colour of products in all batches will be exactly the same.
All custom made orders are non-returnable.
If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will be credited for the amount paid by you.
All decisions on the return / replacement policy for products sold by Ubtan Story are at the sole discretion of Ubtan Story and they shall be final and binding. We reserve the right to withdraw from any return/replacement guarantee at any time without giving any notice of any nature.
Cancellation of an order can only happen from the customers end within 24 hours of placing the order. If you cancel an order within 24 hours, kindly send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org to enable us to initiate a refund. The refund should appear in your account in 15 to 20 working days depending upon your bank.
