  • How do I place an order?
    Browse through our collection in the ‘Online Store’. Once you find the item you would like click on ‘Add to Cart’ button in the product page. You can review your selection by clicking on the ‘Cart’ button at the top right corner of the page. In order to delete an item, click on the remove sign to the right of the product you would like to remove. In case you would like to modify the quantity of the product, type in the new quantity. If you wish to continue shopping, click on ‘Continue Shopping’ button on the top of the page. To confirm your order, select your city and click on the ‘Checkout’ button. Fill up the required details, review and confirm your order. You will be redirected to RazorPay payment gateway. Fill in the required details and choose your mode of payment. You can pay using one of the following options: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Maestro UPI/ QR Netbanking Wallet Pay Later with ICICI Bank PayLater
  • Can I ship the products to an address that is different to my billing address
    Yes. On the 'Checkout' page you can fill-in the 'Shipping/ Delivery address'. At Step 3 (Payments) kindly uncheck the box which say 'same as shipping address'. Now fill-in your billing address.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Once you review and place your order, you will be redirected to RazorPay payment gateway. You can pay using one of the following options to make the payment: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Maestro UPI/ QR Netbanking Wallet PayLater with ICICI Bank PayLater
  • How long will it take for my package to arrive?
    We will ship your order within 2-3 business days from the date of order. This excludes transit time from the logistics partner. Local Delhi/ NCR deliveries normally take 3-5 business days. Rest of India may take 5-7 days. For any queries feel free to write to us at

  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, we will send your tracking number via email. If you do not have your tracking number or have any other questions, please write to us at We will revert within 2 working days.
  • What shipping options do you offer?
    All orders are shipped door to door. For domestic orders (within India) we have partnered with DTDC. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
  • Are all your ingredients natural?
    Yes all the ingredients we use in all our products are natural and plant derived. We do not use any harmful / toxic chemicals, SLS, SLES, harsh preservatives, petroleum derivatives, artificial colours, artificial fragrances in any of our products. All the oils we use are organic cold and pressed oils and are sourced from local Indian farmers who extract them using traditional techniques from fruits / seeds grown in their organic farms. The cocoa butter used in our products is also Indian and of organic origin.
  • Do you use preservatives in your natural skin care products?
    We do use natural preservatives (approved for use in organic skin care) in some products which will directly come in contact with water such as our shampoo / conditioner / facial cleansing bars. However, in our preservative free products the label will specify this detail and we request you to use only a clean and dry finger / spoon while taking the product out of the container.
  • Shall I do a patch test before I use a product for the first time?
    Even with the most natural products, there is always the risk of allergies. When using a new skincare product, it is important to patch-test it first to make sure you are not allergic to it. Wash and clean a patch of skin on your inner elbow. Apply a small amount of the product that you have chosen and wait for 24 hours. If you experience any itching, burning or redness of skin, you may be allergic to the product. In case of any allergic reaction kindly do not use the product.
  • How should I store natural skin care products?
    Kindly keep all products in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure that the lids of the container are properly closed after use.
  • How should I store my Shampoo/ Conditioner/ Facial cleansing bar after use?
    Kindly let the bar air dry after every use by placing it in a soap dish that allows excess water to drain out. This will help increase the life of the bar.
  • Can I compost the cardboard box and the paper shreds that your products come packed in?
    Yes absolutely! The paper cardboard box and the paper shreds can be easily composted in a home composting bin. We are proud to say that they are 100% compostable.
  • What should I do with the empty tins after using the product?
    We encourage you to wash the used tins and then allow them to dry completely. Then collect them in one place. Do give them for recycling alongwith the rest of your dry recyclable waste. Also, once you have 10 or more tins collected, do take a photo of them alongwith the rest of your dry waste - post this photo on instagram and tag Ubtan Story while encouraging people to segregate their waste. If you do this, you will be entitled to a free gift from us with your next order!
